Centrale Europa offers a fantastic location directly on the Piazza Duomo, providing stunning views of the Cathedral and the Elephant fountain. Our stay was delightful! The staff’s warmth made us feel right at home, and the view from our balcony over the bustling piazza was unforgettable. Enjoying granita e brioche at the cafe below while soaking in the sights was a highlight. Highly recommend getting a room with this view!

Location is unbeatable, right across from the main square, making it a breeze to explore. The staff, especially Simone and Piero, were incredibly accommodating—helping us with our luggage and offering local tips. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy and the decor feels dated, making it less cozy than expected. Also, be prepared for a bit of street noise during the night which can disrupt your sleep.

Hotel needs a facelift. the decor is stuck in the 1950s and feels unattractive. Be prepared for 40 stairs with heavy bags as there’s no lift, and the noise from nightlife can make it hard to get some sleep. Air conditioning is effective but annoyingly loud, and a troublesome toilet seat became an inconvenience during the stay.
